I need dental work but don't have insurance, will dentists accept payments?

I am overdue, by about twenty years, for some dental work and I am at the point were I am starting to look kind of English and the pain is becoming`somewhat unbearable. Will dentists accept payment plans or is it normally a pay as you go kind of service?

WREYNOR,

MANY DENTISTS WOULD BE FLEXIBLE AND WOULD BE HAPPY TO PROVIDE YOU WITH PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS.SOME EVEN OFFER DISCOUNTS IF YOU PAY IN CASH OR FOR THE WHOLE TREATMENT IN FULL.

ASK THE FINANCIAL OFFICE MANAGER IN THE PARTICULAR OFFICE.
Reply:20 years... i dont think they gona be patient anymore... try plans that will work for you, or else loan from the bank.
Reply:Most of them have a sign up offering payment options like through CITI Financial, etc.

Call em and ask em!
Reply:Some offices will set up a sort of credit card so you can make payments each month. I would just call around to dentists in your area and find out what they offer.
Reply:you can just pay them cash if you want to

most dentists are very flexible with their payment options, so you might want to really think about getting a check up
Reply:If you are close to a University with a dental program try finding out about treatment there. It may be cheaper or in case of an emergency free.
Reply:yes, they will do a dental plan payment.
Reply:i have not met any yet
Reply:go on line at carecredit.com

it is designed to help with health issues, dentistry, doctor visits, prescriptions, veterinarian.

my dog was hit by a car, needed surgery, paid that, them her knee blew, no more funds. They suggested Care Credit and I used it for my dog, and now I will use it to have dental work, the payments can be fitted to your budget.
Reply:alot of dentists will work with you and let you make payements ask!
Reply:A caring dentist will arrange for payments. You could go to a dental college to save as well.

If worse comes to worse, they all take credit cards.
Reply:Just make sure you discuss with the dentist before you have any work done that you want to be on a payment plan. If you can't find a dentist that will accept a payment plan, at least look into a dental plan that can save you some money on the dental work you need done. I have an affordable dental plan that saves me money on any dental work I get done, good savings....if you want more information just go to website....
