I need help with Dental Work Financing. I do have Dental Ins. But I dont have the Money for my part.?

I went to the dentist fairly recently and the dentist told me that I need quite a bit of work done. I do have dental insurance, but I dont have the money to cover my part. I have already applied for every kind of loan under the sun and no-one will help me. My teeth hurt and I know that if I dont do something soon that it is just going to make it even worse. Does anyone have any suggestions....... Please help me......

I would suggest calling local colleges that have dental programs. Many have "student dentists'' that will treat you for a very low price which will reduce your copay - if you have any at all. Another thing, make sure you choose a dentist that is IN NETWORK with your insurance. There is a HUGE difference (price wise) between a dentist that is "in network" and a dentist that "accepts your insurance''. If you go in network you will have a much, much lower out of pocket expense. Some dentists do offer in house financial arrangements - but its really rare. As a last resort, try bartering. Maybe you could clean the dentist's office or help out at the front desk for a while. Good luck
